I made a mistake and can’t log on...

I accidentally put my b-day in as 2006 instead of 2005 and now it won’t let me go live! How do I fix this? I have cleared my history, turned my phone all the way off, deleted then downloaded, rebooted and it still says I am not eligible..?☹️
