It lets me put a birthday in but when I hit next it does a loading sign and then does absolutely nothing this really disipointed me and its not that I am not old enough I am 14

It doesn’t allow me to go live

I have a musically account and i wanted to do live streams. I am above twelve but for some reason the app wouldn’t let me get in no matter what date I put in. FIX THIS PLEASE SO EVERYONE CAN USE IT!! It updated just a day ago and said it fixed bugs but I still can’t get on no matter what

This app is the worst app in the world,I was born 1985 and it is not letting me log in.It should not matter what age I r.???????????????

App is great but no age with work not a single one!

I know the policy if for 13 and up and I am over that age but it keeps saying “Your not eligible for musically” so annoying. UGH!

I tried a MILLION times to get on this app and it still said “Sorry, your not eligible for this app, thanks for checking us out!” Or it said your email or password was incorrect. I hope there will be a bug fix for this in the future. Me and My best friend Alisha were trying to have fun and it ended up annoying.

When you will add the Instagram login that saw a circle below the “forgot the password” pls.... when..... HOW CAN I LOGIN WITHOUT INSTAGRAM!!!! ??

I have my own account and then I have an account with me and my friend. I was logging in to my account with my friend and then it said oops your not eligible. I put in June 15 2000 which is my age. Does anybody know why this is happening.
