I love this app, but I wish it has like more sign in options not only Facebook and Twitter, but add Instagram because I have an another account on musically because I sign in using my Instagram account, so I can use the same sign in option like I sign in on musically.

What is going with this app. Like am 12, I could use it, but it says I can’t. Like you need to fix that because I had live.ly before and this never happened me to before, so plz fix this!!!!!

Apparently I’m not eligible to be on live.ly (I’m 21) and even when i put my birthday in 1975 I still wasn’t. Something’s gone wrong??‍♀️

I got everything in but then it said I had the wrong email and phone number and I couldn’t go live

Hi I got lively because I have musically and when I go to put the age in it would NOT let me pass. I went to my friend for advice and she said anything in the 1900s. I tried that. IT DIDN’T WORK. It is very frustrating to not be let in to something you really want. I hope you will change it. For now, lively gets NO stars from me.

I was so excited to get this app. I have always wanted to make live videos on musically. When I was finally able to get this app I was disappointed because it kept saying I was not eligible for live.ly.?‍♂️ I have tried every age I could possibly think of. But it was still a no. I didn’t want to give up hope. So I tried everything including shutting my phone down and deleting live.ly and downloading it again. But still no. I really hope I can soon get in and make a live video. From seeing other people’s lives I have thought it was pretty good so I won’t hate on this app but I hope this “bug” soon improves.

I usually go live every day but when I logged off to switch accounts it wouldn’t let me in! Plz fix this. I’m really annoyed because my fans on musical.ly keep asking me to go live but I can’t! FIX THIS NOW!!!!!

Hello, every time I try to log in it says “Oops! Sorry you’re not eligible!” I don’t understand why it’s doing that, I removed it and tried again but still doesn’t work. I hope you can reply.

This app was never even used. I put my age born in 2000 and it said I was not eligible. I want this to be fixed please.

Lively has lots of bugs I noticed that and I was not even logged in I put on my birthday November 27 2000 and every time I put in a year it says “oops sorry it looks like you are not legible for lively but thanks for checking us out” I tried so many years and it did not work. I do not recommend getting lively I put on the year 1980 and the system still said “oops sorry it looks like you re not legible for lively but thanks for checking us out” WARNING LIVELY HAS BUGS AND WHEN I TRIED FOR LIKE THE 10th TIME MY PHONE CRASHED SO NOW IM ON MY BROTHERS PHONE THANKS A LOT LIVELY

Ok, I tried to sign in for the first time ever. And it did not accept I tried everything it just doesnt work. The company needs to fix this it is obviously driving us crazy. Fix it please.
