Why can’t I log back in

Okay so the birthday thing is defiantly weird I am 16 and I put in my real birthday and it wouldn’t let me get in still you would think someone with a drivers license should be able to live stream

I am 13 and it says I am not eligible to get in but it says 12 in up

I can’t get in and I’m over the age rating. EXPLAIN OR FIX IT

It won’t let me log back in and I don’t know why! SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN! It’s a good app usually.

Ok no lie. This is a great app, but when I was downloading my apps because I got a new phone, and I am eligible for this app... But it wouldn’t let me in. I am sure others are experiencing the same complications as I. And I would really appreciate an explanation for this. Great app ❤️??????????????

Hey I am trying to get this app and I don’t know my sign up password and what is that??

This app is terrible because you have to put a specific date for your birthday. I am struggling just to sign up. This app is just amazingly ticks you off.

Live.ly is not letting me sign up with it for some weird reason and I can’t go on it even though I already have musical.ly I still can’t go on it

I used to be on lively all the time and have so much fun with. But just recently i deleted it then redownloaded it’s and it won’t let me log in no matter what age I am. I would love it if you can make an update rn please and thnx :)

It won’t let me log in even though I’m 18!

So It won’t let me type in my music.ly acount and it keeps saying invalid acount. And it’s driving me crazy.So now I can’t make live.lys ?. And I’m just over it.Like I sat here for a half an hour trying to figure this out and It just won’t let me plz help!

I was logged in. I want on the app in a week and it logged me out I out my birthday in and it says Im not eligible Im 38! I go on my other phone It accepts the birthday but not the username and password

I was going to log out of my sister’s live.ly account to log into mine. When I logged out of my sister’s account I tried to log into mine but I couldn’t. Could you please fix this I would really appreciate it.

I deleted lively about a month ago and I downloaded it again and it asked for my birthday so I did it and it didn’t work!! I also tried and random birthday from 1999 and it’s says I’m not eligible!

I am seriously about to delete this app right now. I can’t login to it I have tried physically everything and I can’t. It let me in the app the first time and I forgot my password to my musically account. Later I got my password and it turned my phone off over time and exited me off the app and now I can’t go back in. I have restarted my phone re installed it and that’s it.

I was not able to get into liv.ly because it was asking for my brithday I typed it in so many times and I could not get in my friend was not able to get in because it was not taking her password when she just changed it. I would like to make more liv.lys can you fix this
