I’m 34 and it says I’m not eligible for live.ly. Do you have to be a you have to be a grandma something because I’m old enough for this.

When I tried too sign up it would not let me I put my birthday and I am 14 I said oh the is not age appropriate for you but thx for checking us out I AM 14 the is 12+ i am 14 14 sorry if I was a little rude when this happens it stresses me out hop you under stand FROM:SOME ONE my mom dose not want me too get out this INFO well bye???????

Last time I was on here it was working perfectly fine until I went on musically it had log me out of my account and I couldnt remember my password and this wouldve never happened if I never downloaded live.ly sooo live.ly get yourself together...

Tbh, musical.ly is p cringe. Why would you even want an app that has people like malu? Just dont get it

I accidentally put my b-day in as 2006 instead of 2005 and now it won’t let me go live! How do I fix this? I have cleared my history, turned my phone all the way off, deleted then downloaded, rebooted and it still says I am not eligible..?☹️

I have a musically account and i wanted to do live streams. I am above twelve but for some reason the app wouldn’t let me get in no matter what date I put in. FOZ THIS PLEASE SO EVERYONE CAN USE IT!!

I used to be on It for ever and i had always pit in my REAL birthday. So I tried to log back in and it asked me to pit in my birthday. When I did it told me I was not eligible to participate in the app(or something like that) AND NOW IN TICKED OFF BECAUSE THE APP SAYS FOR 12 AND IM 12+. Then I tryed my parents birthdays NONE OF THEM WORKED. this app is stupid. Plus even when I had it people would stalk me and I couldnt even block them but IDk if that has changed or not BUT STILL I think this app deserves a -5 star rate.

keeps saying that im not allowed to sign in ... im 21 years old and it says that im too young .

I tried to put in my age and it keeps saying opps you age is not Acceptable and it is annoying

I can’t sign back in to live.ly. I put my real age and it said it wasn’t eligible. I then deleted the app and downloaded it again and this time, I put my mom’s birth year. And she’s almost 32. 32!!!!!!

This happened to me too about the age well all you have to do is what like a week or so and then go back to it and it works maybe you have to wait like three days but of it doesn’t work then wait a week

I can’t even get in! I can’t get past the age requirement page! Even if you put a fake age it won’t let you. But, it’s still an app that if you would be a able to use, it would be pretty cool.

This app is amazing. I’ve been here for almost one year already and I’ve never thought I would see such amazing apps. U and musical.ly are amazingly excellent!!

No one can get in it like me so deleat it will open but not taken it

I’ve used live.ly many times before. But all of a sudden it kicked me out and said to put in my birthday. So I did and it said I wasn’t eligible. So I put a different year and it still said I wasn’t allowed. I put it to 1977 and I’m not old enough still? What is up with this?

I’ve had lively for a few years now and all of a sudden it won’t let me login I put in my birthday but it says I’m not eligible. this is happened before but I deleted the app and re-downloaded it and it worked I’ve done this over 10 times and it still won’t let me login care to explain?

When I download it I put in my birthday year 2000 and it says your not eligible.

I am over 12 and it will not let me in
